ACHB began its journey in 1978 as a precision machining shop that produced highly complex and intricate components. Our dedication to precision and quality set the foundation for what would become a decades-long tradition of excellence in manufacturing.
1999
In 1999, we expanded our capabilities into the medical and laboratory industries, eventually partnering with renowned companies such as Waters Corp, Thermo Fisher, and Abbott Labs. These collaborations helped us grow as a company and have allowed us to offer our “manufacturing plus” services that support our customers before and after manufacturing. Before manufacturing, our design services ensure that products are optimized for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. After manufacturing, we provide continued support for our customers’ ongoing development and success.
2005
As our medical and laboratory business flourished, the introduction of IoT in 2005 signaled a shift in the industry. We recognized the importance of IoT integration and dedicated ourselves to developing the expertise needed to incorporate these advanced technologies into our customers’ products. By focusing specifically on medical, robotics, and laboratory industries, we continue to use our deep understanding of precision manufacturing to help our clients create products that are not only innovative but also cost-effective and highly manufacturable.
2016
In 2016, ACHB completed the construction of its new state of the art headquarters. The facility was outfitted with over 60 pieces of machining equipment, over 20,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space, class 6 and 7 clean rooms, specialized cleaning tanks, dedicated floor for quality management, a complete product assembly room and an engineering department.
